A Pro or Lifetime license unlocks a small set of additional features on top of that. ## Available now Offload transcode jobs to one or more separate transcoder nodes on your network instead of running them on the main server. ## Coming soon * **AI model recommendations**: personalized suggestions for what to watch next. * **AI-generated metadata**: an AI model produces metadata directly, reducing how much Kernel relies on TMDB, Radarr, and Sonarr. Both features run on [Marquee AI](https://huggingface.co/KernelMedia/marquee-ai), Kernel's own model, by default. You'll also be able to hook into existing frontier models via API instead, if you'd rather bring your own. ## Unlocking Pro features From the admin user menu, **Link with Kernel** connects your server to a kernelmedia.tv account. If that account has an active Pro or Lifetime license, the features above unlock automatically; no separate build or reinstall is needed.
